All steps must be completed before practice in August.

All Coaches (new and old) must register as a Coach on Community Pass. This enables the Borough of Hillsdale to record the date that they received each certification. The Coach will also sign off their agreement to the Code of Conduct, Hold Harmless and Lightning Safety rules. Go to https://register.communitypass.net/hillsdale.  Log into your account or create a new one if you don’t have one. Go to Hillsdale Recreation and press click here to register. Go to Hillsdale Coach registration and click continue.  Follow the prompts to register and review and check off your agreement to the forms.

Fingerprinting is good for 3 years. Each Coach will receive an email from Jill Cohn from the Borough of Hillsdale letting them know if they were approved. Click here to open the form then make your appointment online at https://uenroll.identogo.com.

Please note on the contributor’s code that the B is the only letter. Everything else is numbers. Email confirmation to your compliance officer.

If you have a Rutgers Safety card, email a copy to JCohn@hillsdalenj.org.

If you do not have a card, please visit https://youthsports.rutgers.edu/courses to register for an online or in person class. Once you complete the clinic, you must email a copy of the Rutgers Safety card to hfahawks@gmail.com and JCohn@hillsdalenj.org.
