Football and Cheer Levels
Grade as of September 2026:
Grades 1-2: Mighty Mites
Grades 3-4: Pee Wee
Grades 5-6: Junior
Grades 7-8: Senior
Kindergarten Flag Football Clinic
Registration is closed. Clinic begins in September!
Our program is offered to children in grades 1-8 from Hillsdale, Montvale, and Woodcliff Lake.
We also open our program to children attending St. John's Academy. Important: If your child is a student at St. John's and you reside in any of the towns mentioned below, please contact your town's football team before signing up with the Hawks.
Members of the BCJFL: Park Ridge/Emerson, Northern Valley Old Tappan/Norwood, Cresskill, Westwood/Washington Twp, River Vale, Garfield, Waldwick/Midland Park, Glen Ridge, Bergenfield, Dumont, and Carlstadt/East Rutherford.
